    This is an extremely important review for anyone that might not consider themselves to be in the “top tier” of sellers. If you have any anxiety about the process of selling your home (ie worried about the condition of your home/the process of getting the most value) you need to talk to Nick before anyone else. He actually cares about YOU and your end result. Best thing is that he doesn’t just tell you that, he proves it with his professionalism and empathy. After 10 minutes when we met, there was no question in my mind as to the extent of his knowledge of the industry/market awareness; I was blown away by his level of genuine support and investment in my future. Mr. Veizaga cares about your new chapter as much, if not more, as being your realtor to close the old one.     Nick did an amazing job in helping us purchase the place in DC. He responded to our request on Zillow almost immediately. We were travelling to DC on business and wanted to spend the weekend to look around and evaluate the possibilities. While on our flight to DC, he compiled a list pr properties, meeting our initial requirements and spent a whole day with us, showing and analyzing properties, until we found what we were looking for and made an offer. Such a smooth and efficient experience.
